Oddly blurry. Like it's not in 1080p

All of my settings are at the highest they can be, and i can easily run this game. The only real problem im having is that the game doesn't really seem to be in 1080p, more like 720p perhaps, or even...

  @EA_Blueberry No it didnt because I have tried al those things v sync on disabled and adaptive resolution fps on 0 the only way I can get my apex to not be blurry is by Having Texture Streaming Budget on but than my apex is black around me this glitch has really been ruining season 6 for me and I still can't find a way to fix it and my pc is good enough to run high specs bc last season I had no problems!

Do you know how to fix the blurry lines on a PS4? I haven’t seen adaptive resolution anywhere so I don’t know if it’s just a thing for pc but nothing I do takes the lines away.

  Unless you have ps4 pro all graphics are set you cant really do anything and on ps4 pro it has a little bit you can mess with graphics wise

I do this but now it's start lagging, i try to change vsync option but it's same lag.

I did that and I also put vsync disabled and it still is blury the only way I can get it not to be blurry is if texture streaming budget on but then my apex is black around me!
