Oddly blurry. Like it's not in 1080p

All of my settings are at the highest they can be, and i can easily run this game. The only real problem im having is that the game doesn't really seem to be in 1080p, more like 720p perhaps, or even...

    Put "Adaptive Resolution FPS Target" to 0.

Well, here is the Solution: 

Fix 1: Change the Game Settings 

 

Step 2: Go to the graphics settings and click the Advanced tab. 

 

Step 3: Set the Adaptive Resolution FPS target value to 0. 

 

Step 4: Restart your game and check to see if you can fix the “Apex Legends blurry” Issue.
