Old console account gone and replaced with a new one

So after years I heard there is cross progression and i tried it on pc and when I opened apex it told me to merge accounts so that the highest level is my main from my console on xbox so I did and no...

@TheRedLion93 But when I logged in on pc and it logged me into my steam account that has nothing on it and that account was also in the same clan as my old account and when I clicked on it it showed me the same account I used on steam it's like my old account from xbox is just gone
