Old console account gone and replaced with a new one

So after years I heard there is cross progression and i tried it on pc and when I opened apex it told me to merge accounts so that the highest level is my main from my console on xbox so I did and no...

I understand.

Just try getting in contact with EA Support with the link I provided earlier and they will assist you in getting your Xbox progress back by linking the right EA Account. That's the only reason I believe you don't have anything on your Xbox is because of unlinking from one EA Account to the other (which could result to loss of progression.).

If you want to use the Xbox progress into you PC (Which is possible), you would need to link the PC under the EA Account that originally had your Xbox linked to.
