    Too bad EA's not responding. Right now, the problem seems to go away on its own.

    My problem has been fixed. However, the problem may continue for other people

@l_mRGogo Have you tried to go to EA Account > Privacy Settings and verified who are allowed to see your profile and how users can search for you?
