Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later

Downloaded Apex legends on my PS4 with no issues. Installed on 2nd ps4 and game loads until ready screen. Continuing to get same error "Oops! Something went wrong,please try again later (104)" Plea...

    Solution was easy! The account for my son was set up for "under 18 years old" I made new account with different DOB and works just fine. Thanks EA they were very helpful

Oh right thats rubbish. As part of our family settings on the xbox any game that's age restricted he has to ask my permission. So I've already ok'd that and then EA stop him after that!

I can't see the point in setting up a new account just for one game!! Maybe he'll go back to playing fortnite.

You can do what you like i was just forwarding the answer I received that worked. Don't shoot the Messenger! I'm just telling you what the error is after a couple days of the same problem; though I was on PS4. I created a new guest account with age DOB over 18 and problem solved. This is your answer to the problem regardless if you agree with it or not.

If you would like this is the number they called me from to answer my question.
