Orientation match

So I used to play on my Xbox account and I moved over to pc gaming and I use a **bleep** laptop that can somehow run doom2016 fortnite and now apex. I created a new account and did the training **bleep** And tryna do the orientation match and it keeps saying matchmaking processing E-district constantly even as I'm sitting here. Apex players and tech support, please help me
