Out of Sync with Server, Apex Legends

Its become very frustrating. I have tried everything that I could possibly think of, but nothing has worked. Its like the game is completely fine loading up and into the game, but as soon as you get onto the ship to jump, its constant stuttering. initially thought it was lag, but it doesnt happen in literally any other game and ive run plenty of speed tests. Ive got an 8700k, asus z370-e, 16bg ram, vega 56, all liquid cooled and wired connection. Here are the things ive tried: clearing my DNS cache, (flushing, releasing, and renewing), rebooting pc, modem, and router, uninstalling and reinstalling (even tried switching install locations between SSD and NvME) the game, running origin as admin before launching the game, verifying the game before opening it, and i even updated my gpu software because a new, optional, update stated that it included support for Apex Legends. No luck at all. I still stutter, and after a few minutes of playing, it kicks me back to lobby with the error "Out of sync with server".
