Packet Loss and High Ping - Ranked Servers

The past couple of weeks I've been facing packet loss while playing apex, but only on ranked servers. When I restart my router, i have 0 packet loss for one game, but the very next game the problem resumes. Usually play on Singapore server, so I tried changing servers and regions and the problem persists across all server / regions.

I am using a wired connection btw. And from a couple of days ago, I've been noticing 200+ ping on all servers

I have tried : 

1. flushdns

2. changing dns ( isp, google, opendns )

3. reinstalling apex

4. using a VPN

None of those change the results
