Packet Loss issue on Apex

I'm not sure what's going on but I have insane packet loss issues on Apex.

I've updated all my drivers, restarted my router, im on ethernet, i have tried redownloading the game, i've checked the server status and it says everything is functional according to EA and Respawn, but only apex is giving me 60-80% packet loss consistently and it's making my game unplayable. I have 60-80 consistent ping (which is normal i dont have the best internet), but i've never had packet loss issue over the many times ive played this game. It just started happening 3 days ago. and hasnt seen any sign of improvement since it started.
