I have this problem with packet loss since 2 weeks , im on ps4 pro , I've done all possible fix , i even get in to the router settings made a port forwarding still the same problem i reset the router, initialize ps4 I've done everything . Still same problem packet loss

I'm still waiting for an answer ...its been 3 weeks now can't play Apex ..i always buy stuff in apex always ,but now doesn't worth the money i spend .
EA Staff (Retired)I don't get disconnected at all ..everytime when i get in to the maim screen with continue i see the packet loss goin up to 20% never got disconnected, just packet loss and lag in game .
This is on PSN official site.
So might be the PSN network ?
