How come only Apex Legends is giving me this problem and not my other games because if it was all the games I would understand it's my ISP but it is only Apex Legends is this possible?

Community ManagerThat would just depend on the server locations which are likely different for most of your games, resulting in your connection taking a different route to reach the servers.
It's not that this is an issue with your ISP specifically, but they'd need to investigate issues happening along the route as well.
For a different way to look at it, if you imagine the green box is the Apex servers, you can get an idea from the picture below that it's perfectly possible for the server and your actual connection to be just fine, but one of the many points in between could be having an issue.
Even if it's not directly on your home network or ISP's connection, that is what they'd need to look into further if our troubleshooting steps haven't resulted in a change.
How would I go about asking my ISP to further investigate the problem I am having with my apex connection?Because even when I load up the game my servers are showing 0% packet loss but as soon as I get into a match it proves to be a different case.

It would likely be best to speak with someone that's able to look into a Traceroute with you.
You'll want to run this with easo.ea.com as the host IP and it should return some additional info showing the route your connection is taking.

One more thing to check, as I noticed this information is no longer listed in the earlier links.
Just to be sure, you'll want to check that you've opened these ports on your router to allow for smooth communication from the servers.
This is not an EA site, but lists the steps you'll need to take to change these settings for most router models.
If you're not certain about how to open ports, this is also something your ISP should be able to walk through with you.
I did a trace route and got some additional information back that I do not know what to do with.I got no HopErrorCodes.
