How would I go about asking my ISP to further investigate the problem I am having with my apex connection?Because even when I load up the game my servers are showing 0% packet loss but as soon as I get into a match it proves to be a different case.

4 years agoIt would likely be best to speak with someone that's able to look into a Traceroute with you.
You'll want to run this with easo.ea.com as the host IP and it should return some additional info showing the route your connection is taking.

I did a trace route and got some additional information back that I do not know what to do with.I got no HopErrorCodes.
