Community ManagerIt would likely be best to speak with someone that's able to look into a Traceroute with you.
You'll want to run this with easo.ea.com as the host IP and it should return some additional info showing the route your connection is taking.
I did a trace route and got some additional information back that I do not know what to do with.I got no HopErrorCodes.
