Packet loss ps4 apex legends only

I am having an issue with packet loss since near the end of season 11.About 95% of my games I load into I have packet loss.It starts out at 10 then goes up to 50 and then much later towards the end of the game it goes down to 20.The game has become unplayable for me and some of my friends with this same problem.You can't even get out of games you need to restart your app and sometimes when searching for a match it throws out error code:clock and then I can't load in but my friends do.

Been ongoing problem and the only time it has ever been beter was this past Wednesday but some servers had issues that day with servers but it was the only day that I did not have loss and then Thursday I had again.I did the Dns 8.8.8.8 and sec dns 8.8.4.4 but nothing change.I am connected with a wired fibre connection.

    One more thing to check, as I noticed this information is no longer listed in the earlier links.

    Just to be sure, you'll want to check that you've opened these ports on your router to allow for smooth communication from the servers.

    This is not an EA site, but lists the steps you'll need to take to change these settings for most router models. 

    If you're not certain about how to open ports, this is also something your ISP should be able to walk through with you.

    I did a trace route and got some additional information back that I do not know what to do with.I got no HopErrorCodes.
