I actually found a fix.

The problem is likely to do with the router you have. I have both a router and a modem connected and before I would hook up my eternet cord to my router. I moved my eternet cord from my router to my modem and that actually gets rid of the problem. Having to do this is still * as this lowers the download speed on my ps5 from like 750mbps avg to 430mbps avg. This is still primarily Respawn/EA's fault that they cannot make their servers compatible with certain routers, even if you have great internet.

To test if this is the problem for you, you can try using a mobile hotspot while you play. Lemma know if this is the case for you.
