Bought the penumbra packs in apex but was getting items that weren't in the pack even though didn't have the entire event done. Now it won't let me get anymore because should have gotten the remaining items instead since it says guaranteed 1 item from the penumbra pack.
I just had this same problem and didn't get the two items I wanted the most. Do you think EA will compensate for it or no?
Idk support told me on my case that the mods here would have to help and needs to be other reports of the issue to fix it. Smh I told them it literally says guaranteed 1 penumbra item per pack and should only be getting the extra stuff once collected everything from the penumbra pack.
