EA_Aljo I understand that you cant do anything regarding bans because of your policy. But in 2022 I got ban and after 2 appeals I got - "Decision is final and we wont re-open your case.".
Only after posting my proof to this forum, I got help and received this in my mail.
Now, this happening again with first appeal rejection "After carefully reviewing your appeal, we confirmed that the penalty on your account for cheating was applied correctly and should remain in place.".
This must be connected to Logitech G PRO X2 Superstrike mouse! Please review it! I shouldn't be punished for using official hardware, especially from one of your biggest partners - Logitech.
