it has been WAYYYY over 24 hours and still nothing in my account, no response from EA anywhere and im about to just report the purchase to my bank as fraud since the product I purchased is not what I ended up getting. ill get my money or my apex coins one way or another. the fact they have the audacity to insult all of our intelligence as if the coins would just mysteriously appear after 24 hours is kind of pathetic.
you guys need to make this situation right for everyone whos purchased the physical edition because this feels like a cash grab at this point. I don't know A single PERSON WHO ACTUALY GOT THE FULL LIST OF PURCHASED ITEMS + COINS.EDIT by EA_Jason: Please don't use the formatting tools to make your entire text bold, also no profanity please.

I agree, same boat here I have been trying to get someone on Facebook EA Help to do something but they won't .
Always same run around. They said they can't restore cause its under investigation by the game team and they will most likely restore the missing coins.
All they tell you is to be patient.
What a joke, worst company in America for a reason!.
