Ping and Packet Loss Issues in Pubs, Ranked, LTMs

Hi, I am experiencing high ping and packet loss in Pubs, Ranked, and LTMs. However, I do not experience it in the firing range. I have a great connection with my wifi at home as my download speed is 300 Mbps and the upload speed is 30 Mbps. On the main menu screen, the South Carolina - GCE2 data center shows 13-15ms 0% PL, but when I go to the lobby the ping goes to 130ms. When I play any game mode, I now have 80-130 ping with 40-50 Packet Loss. Is there anything I can do to fix this. This all started happening recently out of no where. I would love to play this game more because the new season has been a lot of fun for me and my friends.
