I use a PS4 Controller on PC for APEX Legends, and I cannot get in game voice chat to work at all. Discord works fine any help would be great, and software that can help etc?? I am thinking the game thinks my controller is a mic? So frustrating to no end!!
Community ManagerIf you launch the game and tab out to check your audio settings, does it have your microphone listed as the main audio source?
Noo, what he's saying is Discord itself works and so does every other app but Apex has this bug where PC players who plug in their scuf/Ps4 controllers via usb to play, their In-game mic/voice chat does not work. Ive looked all over and constantly see this issue in forums but never a legit fix. Nothing Works! Sound settings videos, sound control panel etc. videos are misleading because it doesnt work for PC players using controllers.
I just had that problem then I Switched USB ports on my computer and it fixed it
Does not work, switched over checked Audi settings everything is set up to headphones. Still no audio coming through

Run the game and alt-tab out. Right-click on the sound icon on your desktop and go to Settings. Does it have you headset selected?
