Please EA Studio can see my voice

Dear EA,

I am a young Asian American who grew up in the United States, and I enjoy playing your company's games. However, recently, I have been unable to log into my EA account as it has been locked. I am very frustrated and confused as I have been following the rules and have not engaged in any prohibited activities.

I hope you can help me resolve this issue and allow me to access my account again. I have attempted to recover my account through EA customer service's self-help service, but without success. I have not received any notification regarding why my account has been locked or how to unlock it.

My EA account is very important to me as it contains the games I purchased, saved data, and other important information. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could unlock my account as soon as possible so I can get back into the gaming world.

I also wanted to share with you some other things that I encountered during the appeals process. While I am not certain if this is related to my account being locked, I feel very uncomfortable as it involves discrimination against Asian Americans and other minority groups.

During my appeal process, I noticed that some people used inappropriate language and expressions to describe my issue. They left messages using racist and hateful language on some social media platforms. Some even suggested that I should not be playing the game because I am Asian, thinking that Asians should not be involved in this gaming world.

These comments have made me very sad and uneasy because I believe that Asian Americans and other minority groups should be respected and treated equally. We all have the right to enjoy the fun of playing games and should not be discriminated against or excluded because of our skin color or race.

I hope EA can take some measures to combat this discriminatory behavior and make our gaming community more friendly and inclusive. Thank you for your time and effort.

  • APEX is very important to me because it has helped me through the hardest period of my life. I was once depressed and unable to face the challenges of reality. However, through APEX, I have made friends all over the world, and their companionship and help have gradually allowed me to gradually come out of the difficult situation and regain hope and courage in life.

    Recently, however, I have encountered a very difficult problem. My APEX account was mistakenly banned and they refused to lift the ban despite my repeated representations and evidence to EA. This made me feel very frustrated and disappointed because this account is very important to me and the only way I can connect with my friends all over the world.

    I very much hope that EA will revisit my account ban and undo this wrong and brutal ban. I have tried multiple ways to solve this problem but have not received any substantial response and help. APEX is more than just a game, it is a bridge between me and my friends and an important tool and support for me to beat depression.

    I hope EA will listen to my voice and requests, revisit my account, and unblock my account. Thank you for your time and attention.

    Please note that however my answer pains me and will not be much help to you, here on the forum no one can assist you with account issues and or bans.

    For that type of support you will have to contact EA help/EA support or the ToS team. Below is a link to contact the ToS team if you need it and good luck.
