Pocket loss

I’m experiencing persistent pocket loss issues that have rendered my rank games unplayable. During rank gameplay, I’m constantly confronted with three red squares in the top right corner of my screen. I believe this issue began around June 29th, and it’s been occurring daily ever since. I’ve tried various troubleshooting measures, including purchasing a new Ethernet cable, restarting my modem and PS5 multiple times, reinstalling the game twice, and contacting my ISP. They updated my boot files, but unfortunately, none of these solutions have been effective. I’m growing increasingly frustrated with this issue, as it not only wastes my time but also results in the loss of rank points. Notably, this problem doesn’t affect any other games I play, including Apex pubs which I rarely play. Even in pubs, there’s no lag or significant slowdown compared to my rank games. Therefore, I believe there must be a bug or some underlying issue. I kindly request that you address this problem as soon as possible.
