Weird potato graphic, i’ve been experiencing this for a little while, I’m on pc. I play through the EA app. I need help as it gets annoying. I’ve tried fixing it but nothing works.

TTVneptxne Weird... what CPU/GPU do you have? Furthermore, do you meet the new PC requirements?
What is your texture streaming budget set to? (In your video settings)
Textures are supposed to look like this when that setting is set to "none".
If it's not set to "none", then it could likely be caused by something else, though let's make sure whether or not that setting is causing the issue.They are set to Low, when i make it go up it says It’s not recommended for a larger streaming budget
