- 5 years ago@EA_Illium I am on Mac and can't use the program linked. I did share the path ping and trace route above.

@McChodeGuy Ahh, thank you for the update. To confirm the MAC is on the same network as the Xbox?
If so can you run another set and test for us to compare to, in your first one it does show consistent packet loss in the pathping on a few hops. Interested in seeing if this has changed.
Also to check can you test out the address provided in the uotrace link? - 5 years ago
Ok. I ran these two commands:
traceroute easo.ea.com > ~/Desktop/trace.txt
traceroute -S -q 30 easo.ea.com > ~/Desktop/pathping.txt
What address are you referring to in the link?

Hey @McChodeGuy
I was referring to the once in the UOTrace link:
easo.ea.com
* If you're having trouble connecting to Star Wars™: The Old Republic™, choose your server location from this list and test your connection to it instead of easo.ea.com:
- East Coast: 159.153.92.28
- West Coast: 159.153.68.252
- Europe: 159.153.72.252
Checking the first one, then the one depending on your location in the world helps see if connection reports are consistent and if any issues being shown are still present.
Your Pathping is still showing packet loss on several different hops. Is it possible to set up a static IP for your console through your Network Settings to see if this continues?
If not, or if it does not help then I would recommend showing this report to your ISP for assistance, since we have gone through making changes and still have issues with connecting to our server perhaps they can offer further assistance.
Regards,
- 5 years ago@EA_Illium Ok got it. Was confused because those addresses are referring to SWtOR which I don't play.

@EA_Illium Still showing massive packet loss on your servers...
This is clearly a bug on your guys's end.
EDIT: You said bring it up with my ISP. I did. I spent all day with them troubleshooting. The packet loss is occurring on your servers so what do you expect them to be able to do?
