Problem with linking accounts

I want to link my xbox account with my EA account, so I can use the same account both on PS and XBOX, but this EA account was created back in 2015, and the email I created back then and used as this account's email is not usable anymore. Which means the confirmation code I get on THAT email in order to go through with the account linking cannot be accessed. Changing emails is also not possible because I have to go through the same verification steps. Is there any way I can link my account or am I just eternally stuck? 

I also wanted to contact EA in some way but I couldn't find how and this seemed like the only possible way to do it...
