Purchased Apex coins never get received into game

Hi gang

I've been struggling with this issue for over a year now. Basically, whenever I purchase Apex Coins in game, they never show up. Each and every time I have to open up a support ticket in order to get to "live chat" and get an agent to manually credit them, by submitting screenshots from account.microsoft.com and account.xbox.com. 

Clearly this is a nightmare, as one of the requirements is that you have to wait 24 hours to do this.

Does anyone have any kind of escalation email or other vehicle in order to get this issue resolved? Every time I mention this on the ticket it is either swerved or just ignored. Getting a little bored of it.

    @Gats0Kid Sorry to hear you have been having issues like this. This happens quite often when an account is unlinked from the EA account and relinked, or linked to another EA account or console. There is not an escalation email no. 

    If you are on PS5/X/S and you make this purchase, a workaround would be to log into the game on a previous gen and this usually updates the balance for the coins. As of now though, if the coin balance, does not show up after purchase, and you log out of the game and back in, you must wait that 24-hour period. There is no current way around that one. Updating the platform password and the EA password also help sync up the account and can lessen this issue as well.
