Purchased the Lifeline Edition of Apex Legends and have none of the content

As stated above, I purchased a sealed copy of Apex Legends Lifeline Edition for Xbox from eBay, and I redeemed the code inside for the Apex Coins and cosmetics and none of them have shown up in game. I went from ea help, to eBay support, to ea help, to xbox support, to ea help, to xbox support, and finally back to ea help. Each place has told me it's one of the other's faults and passed me off to them. This last time I was told to post to the forums so that's what I'm doing. Some of the ea help has been very unhelpful, even going as far as to say that it's my fault that I don't have the content, though the last person I talked to actually seemed to care. I have attached proof of purchase to my case and have everything needed to prove that I do indeed own the content, I just need someone to help me actually get it.
