I can tell you that setting up a DMZ or a Static IP helped other players in the past.
well, I have a static IP, do you think it helped me? 😂

unless if i switch to us-west1, or playin' on vpn-tunnel-in: the ping is high there, but there are no losses. Guys, you can see for yourself that with a change in FPS, the ping increases, but the losses disappear. And this is a real tfd that clearly depends on the server tickrate and built-in DDoS protection. Just optimize your netcode so that your vaunted protection doesn't cut your flood traffic. I can play with losses for a week, then without, and so on. Just admit your problem, and don't discourage people by making contracts with other ISPs. 80% of people on this forum have no problems in games other than yours.
At least before, on reddit, admins would at least ask what network and IP the player was experiencing problems from, so they could check their network filters. Now you're giving a generic response without trying to figure out the problem.

Hello! EA_Claus - I don't know if there's any chance of you seeing this, but I've posted about this same issue myself. Also an Xfinity user, running into massive packet loss (on both PC and PS5) - specifically when playing ranked on anti-DDoS servers (with the pentagon icon next to the server ID). I'm in central New Jersey, but two friends I play with regularly (we're all day one players) in the same region who have different ISPs don't have this issue at all. It never happened to me before the last few months. I've detailed my experience at the link below.
I checked in with Xfinity (with whom I have the highest level internet package) and they said it was an EA issue. I've replaced all my equipment and have no issues with any other service or operation on my devices. It does not happen at all in Pubs or Mixtape - and only when I rank up Plat 1 and above. There's definitely something going on between Xfinity and the Apex servers. If there's anything the team can do, there's many of us who would appreciate it. Thank you.
