Rank lag in Plat 2+ games

I have been playing Apex since before seasons, and its getting to the point of being 100% unplayable. I have soloed to plat 1 and 50% or more of my games are lagging out where the framerate drops, and i slow down to 50% speed. I have gig fiber hardwired connection, and other accounts on this same system, on the same server, playing rank just lower ranked, have 0 server lag issues so there is no way this isnt a serverside or game issue. I enjoy Apex, but its literally unplayable.
