Ranked disconnects with code:net, trying to reconnect gives code:leaf

Hey everyone!

I was in ranked game and we were pre-made team with my friends. We made it to the top-2 and suddently two of us (me and my wife) were getting severe lags, then disconnect with code:net error, then after reconnects we received code:leaf two times, and after that -- penatly with -48 points (although we were top-2, I got 4 kills and 3 assists) and 10 minutes pentalty.

I'm wondering what is the issue with this and can our ranked points be returned. During that disconnect internet was working perfectly -- we were using Discord and no single issue was with hearing each other.

My nickname is TheDaySeven, wife nickname valerieisdeadd (got the same issue). Disconnect happened approx. 00:12 UTC+3 22.08.20

@TheDaySeven Been happening exactly the same with me, getting disconnected from the server with code Net then when trying to directly reconnect I either get code leaf or code shoe. EA gotta fix their servers it's getting annoying.

I just started the game with the same friends, and received code:net initially once game started (so it was only 2 of my friends on legends selection screen), after code:net I have received same code:leaf just like yesterday.

Time 00:03 UTC+3 23.08.20. Could someone help me out from tech team?

Thank you for the posts. Unfortunately we don't have a way to grant RP that was lost, sorry about that.

If anyone has a clip of the reconnect failing, that'd help a lot too. I'm also interested if there are error messages other than net, shoe or leaf.

People don't care about their RP. They care about getting the penalty for no legit reason. Isn't there a max number of times for match abandonment before you get banned?

@Carmenz0r This happened twice for me aswell btw. Once yesterday and once today.

Like it isn't hard enough to climb the ranked ladder with all the lag etc from before.

Do you have the opportunity to use the information that I have provided to get logs about the game match? I don't record my gameplay at all

Is there any way to get our points back at all? Im in pred actually trying to reach top 100 but cant do that if i blue screen and get -60 plus the abandonment penalty which is like another 60. My psn is A4_HawksYT
Would like to know if someone from respawn couod fix this

@EA_David I just found exactly the same error which I had being posted on reddit. Here is the video proof of such behavior:

I also hope that you can take a look to the match logs using the information I have provided to you, it would be really great to receive that support.

@EA_David happened again, but now in Duo mode, not ranked.

Time: 22:18 UTC+3, date 04.09.20.
I was playing Bloodhound alone (nobody was in my squad from the beginning). I approached the squad from the Vault near Train Station and immediately once I scoped and tried to shoot from Prowler, severe lags started and again -- code:net, ok, code:leaf, ok, code:leaf.

Could you please look take a look on that?
