@StykxTV@justvibingbruh Howdy! While I am not well-versed on the PC side of things, there are a couple troubleshooting guides on this forum, which I have linked below. I have also flagged this, to hopefully get some more in-depth assistance, if necessary. Hopefully there is something in the troubleshooting guide or crashing guide, that can correct the situation though.

If you read all the comments on this and other threats with the problem,you would have seen that the problem still exist after all this fixes and troubleshoots.we users can't fix it that is the problem
- @StykxTV Well shoot, that was my personal best guess. I'm on Xbox, so I can't really offer specific advice or assistance, as I am just a volunteer. I did, however, flag this thread for the EA team, so hopefully someone will be able to better assist you guys with this issue! In the meantime, it might not hurt to open a case with the support team, if you haven't already done that. I put the link down below for you, just in case. @justvibingbruh @StykxTV I have a minor update on this. The EA team is aware of, and looking into this issue in general. It appears to be a GPU driver issue, so they have currently recommended a full reinstall or trying older drivers. It looks like you have already tried these methods though, so I'm not sure if that will better your situation. Hopefully there is more information or a fix, in the near future. I'll be sure to update, if I do see anything. Sorry I couldn't help out more!

Hi @dSKyNafinchin , is there any update to this?
Looking at social media and the AMD community forums especially, it seems this is an issue that is widespread amongst players with AMD graphics cards and has been going for well over a month now.
I also think it's quite concerning that nothing has been said about it and people are being lead to believe their hardware is faulty when it's an issue isolated to Apex Legends, maybe it would be good for Respawn or EA to acknowledge the issue publicly?
Nothing has really happened to really update on, they're still investigating it and that's pretty much where my information ends.
I can assure you all that it's being actively worked on, though an ETA is pretty much impossible to give at this moment.
I really do hope we get an official update on this situation, though for now it seems like we'll be left in the dark for a while.
Yeah its feel that way the other day it took me awhile to get my pc to stop flashing and freezing because of this problem
- @XHelperZ can you please let them know this happens in other games that use "easy anti cheat" ?
Becouse everytime someone mention it it gets ignored,
Some guy on THIS forum said it happend on battlefield 5 and spiderman aswell (both EAC)
For me it happend on fortnite aswell ( EAC) It does not help, I played multiple games like Brawlhalla, Halo, and Fortnite too, It's not the problem with EAC, It's Apex.
The devs are busy with the in-game content leaving the bugs as it is.
So the EA Team didn't find anything to fix it since August? Newer AMD Driver came out since then and nothing changed.
And guess what, thats the Best part now, on Storm Point, which i could play and worked fine without this Error, gives me now DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG or RESET ERROR right when my Waith exits her Phase Walk! THAT IS SO SUPER AMAZING.
I was thinking only Kings Canyon was the Problem but it seems like the Game is the Problem.
i don't know what to say to this anymore.
@StykxTVafter underclocking core clock with msi afterburner by -50 couple days back i was able to play for about 1 hr in pubs but right as i started a ranked match it crashed, so far ive seen these crashes
- skydive emote crashing it (it started from there)
- trying to collect replicator material
- starting event match ( halloween and control ) ;
tried going upto -170 ( with -10 increments each time) in core clock but while playing the gpu spikes from 40-60% to 99% then 0% and game crashes, only lord knows whyedit :
- also crashes if i launch logitech ghub
last season it started with this error for me when KC was in ranked, Storm Point was okay back then, even wraith's phase walk was no Problem.. now month later storm point in ranked is not okay anymore when wraith exits her phase walk the error pops up..
we users cant fix it i tried enough to figure that out .. this is just a bad bad joke from EA/Respawn.
