The crux of the problem is that I did not use illegal software, and your EA staff also admitted it, and explained that my account could not be removed from the system because of the reasons

of your EA staff. Isn’t this inconsistent?
You can even find records in EA contact history.
And I tried 120 minutes of phone calls and 100 cantact ous, and the results I got from the early 10 ea staff were completely different from the later conclusions.
I have sent the screenshot to your community message.

    For 8 months, I still don’t understand how inconsistent the attitudes of your more than 100 EA STAFFs are.


    What did the official customer service do in the early days are inconsistent with the statements of many customer service staff later (100-10=90).
