Re: Apex is incorrectly prohibited

I've contacted the staff at https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/ but their response was robotic, just Like the program, everything is designed, they don't listen to us players, even though I swear if I cheat I must die, it's all for naught, they don't listen, they just don't close my ban , why after steam was stolen, both pubg and apex were banned, why I told the pubg staff, they lifted the ban for me, but Apex didn't work? Apex only takes money and doesn't care about anything, right? The money I recharged in apex is all for nothing, right?
