Re: Apex wont launch from any app.
Everyone should go into %AppData%/Roaming/EasyAntiCheat and then check the logs named "service.log" and "anticheatlauncher.log" for errors.
That should give you a clue to what is happening.

BRO THIS IS INSANE WHY HASNT THERE BEEN ANY UPDATE TO THIS1?!!?!? the eoc setup just isnt doing anything. a brief black screen pops up then goes away. It's not actually installing anuthing - PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
That 3221226505 exit code error seems to be related to lsass.exe, at least it's the only connection I can find while researching. So like @catb0rg said, do make sure the CNG Key Isolation service is indeed RUNNING and on AUTOMATIC and doesn't throw an error when it starts. For those that don't know, you can type Windows Key + R to launch the Run... dialog then type services.msc to look at the services list, or simply search for "Services" in the Start Menu. Try a reboot and check again.
You can also try to run an "sfc /scannow" as administrator to look for faulty or missing system files.
Check if your antivirus is not blocking the anticheat, check Defender.
That's basically all I can think of at the moment.
EAC EOS is using these dlls: sechost.dll ntdll.dll
when I type that SFC /scannow nothing happens. I black window pops up and I can't actually look at anything. I switched the CNG mode from manual to automatic, nothing. Should the easyanticheat all be on manual as well? I'm wondering if this has to do with the fortnite EAC I have installed on my PC because there was just an update there that I did and I'm not sure if that is affecting my apex because I could run apex before the major update they did this past week. I'm so irritated man this is crazy why does EA help more. Useless support section.

Well after days and days of useless EA support. I reset my pc. Just go into the start menu, type reset, follow the instructions. I moved all my * to an external HDD. But this was the only way. Now I just gotta figure out why my game isn't as smooth as it was before I reformatted. Ugh.
Wish I had better news bro but unfortunately this is what I had to do for it to work
- @fahshowww I can understand the frustration but we shouldn't need to format our PC's for an update. Hench it worked before the update xD Also it never feels the same when you format because you have all your settings and optimised everything to how you want it just to loose it all for something that isnt your fault or problem. (Unless we are all using cheats haha)
Bro I can't tell you how mad I am I had to reformat because now everything needs to be reoptimized. I just wanted to play. Stupid * EA. I hope you figure it out man. Best of luck
- @fahshowww I would like to add for anyone that reads this that I have attempted everything suggested even with EA support so far and hard reset that did not work for me. So if your not fussed then go for it but there is a chance it wont work as I'm a tad salty :D
- @shaundc8p after attempting all the tips pointed out here with none of them helping, I also tried doing a hard reset which also did not work for me either ☹️
seems to be the case for only "some" players. so they dont care. been 2 weeks now.
- @Simplysnz I am now having this issue as well! Can't wrap my head around it. I've tried everything I could imagine.
