Hey @CrimsonSmok,

Generally if you're seeing the initial loading screen pop up but the game won't actually launch afterwards, there's a conflict with another program that may be preventing this from launching properly.

I would make sure you're running the game as an Administrator, then go through the steps over on this page to help make sure no other programs are conflicting. 

In many cases this is due to a particular antivirus or security program, so it may be worth checking any you have running to add Apex as an exception as outlined above, or to temporarily disable them and see if you're able to launch the game normally.

You can also try a clean boot of your system to see what other programs could be causing this to happen.

    I'm currently on Xbox One and my Apex won't work. If I even get to the sign in page it will just load forever and never let mw into the lobbies. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared Mac Address. Even Changed Gamer Pic. Cleared all Apex data and hard reset my Xbox. Nothing is working and I've put hundreds of dollars in my account and been playing since season 0. I just want to use my same account. I've waited months to see if it would fix by itself but nothing. I just want to play my game again.

    @EA_Mako Yeah .. it was ds4 that was blocking the game. Disabling it fixed my issue..
    I did some study that some of the programs are black listed including riot vanguard, face-it anticheat and auto hotkey

    When i start apex legends it just keeps going on loading screen infinet  ? any helps ?

    I know it has been a while, but I have had this problem for the last five days, which is really annoying. How can I fix this?

    I am stuck with an infinite loading screen. I'm don't even get the continue button.

    I tried the following.
    1) Reset network settings.
    2) Changed dns to 8.8.8.8
    3) Cleared steam download cache.
    4) Added Apex to firewall whitelist.
    5) Stopped windows defender.
    6) Used Easy Anticheat repair service.
    7) And even reinstalled Apex completely using both EA_desktop and Steam.

    Were you able to fix this?
