On April 3, 2024, at 17: 12, I bought a mobile combination package with 100 game gold coins. After opening the combination package, I got a cobalt blue dagger, but after the game server went offline, I lost my cobalt blue dagger, and I bought the combination package after the server was restored. I opened it and didn't get a cobalt blue dagger again.I'm not the only one who has been affected. hey, apex legend my account was reset to level 1 and all my battle pass, skin, legends, and coins are gone. i got the 8 apex pack you guys gave us but i don't think if you guys fix the problem my account is still level 1 and nothing came back yet.
Missing progress from the 19hour time span before the server downtime.
My 419packages, heirlooms and skins were all acquired at this time and then you guys rolled back the data and I lost anything acquired during this period.

since the 4th of April my account-progess is lost entirely.
I had a large break playing Apex and one evening I randomly played a few rounds with a friend. After a restart my progress seemed to be lost, everything was on baseline lvl 1; nothing unlocked, no progess.... same experience when creating a new account.
Since, i played some rounds on the blank account; now im lvl 13 again "hooray"; i hope this doesnt effect the fixing.
If u can restore my account to any point would be nice.
EA-Play shows me 677 hours on record.
Would be great if anyone can help me out, or at least share their experience.
