My Apex account got banned for no reason, Last time I played was lost have year. when I tried to play the past few time it showed that I was banned, at first I thought was a bug or my connection issue (china) so I thought I just wait a bit, It still not working when I tried a few weeks back, and I want to know Why was my account banned, Im really upset, I mean I pay money on skins and stuff and I get banned when I wasn't even playing the game for few months? I submit a ticket but I still haven't got an answer from support, is been almost 2 weeks.

I stopped playing after season 1, I came back at the end of 2020 to play Apex, I logged on this evening to find out I was banned 4 hours ago when I wasn't even on, sent my support ticket to support lets hope it works. I just got the battle pass to soo I'm extra annoyed. Honestly, this seems to be an issue not only my self is having, I read on the internet that a lot of people have this issue, also why would I hack on an account that I have for 5+ years and I actually play these games?
