Sorry to see you've been having some trouble getting in touch with support.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of the page you're seeing when selecting these options?

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

For example, this is what I'm seeing with those specific options: Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information

Which then shows me these options below. This may change slightly depending on your region and the time,but should generally let you get in touch with support. 

@EA_Mako every time i click "start a new case" it directs me to home page. i just want to link my PlayStation account to my PC account. i unlinked it from a old EA account long ago

@EA_Mako i dont understand what you mean by take a screen shot? im telling you what its doing when i click "start a new case". The website itself is not letting me contact any support at all 

@EA_Mako your still not understanding. I want to re link my PlayStation account to my current PC account i play on. I need live support to do this.  

@EA_Mako i finally found where to email them. thank you ! the steps to even get there is ridiculous, they really need to re evaluate  this whole customer service.
