It looks like one of the other threads you posted in mentioned they were able to solve this by downclocking their GPU and/or returning it to factory default settings. Have you tried this?

I would also make sure you've tried a clean install of your drivers. If you have not already done so, it may help to uninstall them before the clean reinstall. 

If you're still having the same issue after that, can you attach your DxDiag? Thanks!
