Hey @Krisz_senpai,

Are your Xbox/PC/PS accounts all linked to the same EA account? You can check your EA account page here to check which platforms are connected and make sure those are the ones you had expected.

Keep in mind if the accounts were previously linked to another EA account, unlinking them will cause that progress to be lost. Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another.
