Re: I have not yet received the 2000 Apex Coins I purchased on Steam!

Hey @Iroktt19,

It looks like you spoke directly with the support team via live chat about a week ago, sorry to hear that had not resolved the issue.

For the most recent case, it looks like they had sent a reply with some basic steps but mentioned that if you were still having the problem you'd need to resume the case so they can check into it further.

Since that appears to be the case, please try checking your case history page where you can read through your replies. From there you can resume your most recent case (185212204) so another advisor can take a look. Thanks!

  • I made a purchase on July 16, but I still haven't received any helpful advice. The case support keeps closing my cases. If I don't press "Resume," the case gets closed; if I do, it just redirects me to another website that doesn't help.

    The live chat support tells me to wait for a reply from the EA team, but they never respond and just close my cases. I wanted to start a live chat again but I couldn't find the spot the start it, so in my case what can I do? To wait for them to reply me? i really don't see any comment form my cases

    @Iroktt19

    I've edited your post to remove the attachment since it showed your full email and some other account details. Please be cautious with what you post here as everyone can see these forum posts.

    If you had purchased some Apex Coins through Steam but they still have not appeared in-game, please try:

    • Signing out of Steam (don't just close it)
    • Closing Steam via Task Manager
    • Restarting the game

    After that if the coins still haven't appeared, you would need to try either resuming a case from your case history page or creating a new case to have another advisor take a look at the situation again.
