I checked it here and found out that you contacted support but there was an outage so they've asked you to contact back. Please try reaching out to them again.
- @EA_cuervo I tried reaching out again. It was better than yesterday, but again support didn't want to help me. They forced me to download Apex from EA App (I play on SteaM), saying it would help. I downloaded it - meanwhile they closed the case as "fixed". When I finally opened Apex - of course I am still missing those coins.
Full transcript is not even saved.
And now I can't even open the chat.
You guys are purposely making everything harder, so that at some point people would just say f*ck it and stop trying to reach out to you. - @EA_cuervo I cant open the chat, I cant resume the case - as nothing happens when I press this button.
Why you guys are doing this to me? With all the Apex Legends problems I'm still donating money occasionally - I am not a whale but I am trying to be a loyal customer - and EA is making it worse. - EA_cuervo2 years ago

The reason they've asked you to download the game on EA app and launch it there is because this helps to push through some transactions and might help you to receive the content.
If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
