EA_Shepard@NanTongDaWang It is easier to paste info on how the site works to avoid players replying back asking how the site works. Not everything is copy and paste.

Perhaps because I am in China, there may be issues with the networks. When I use VPN to access, it will prompt me that I have not passed machine authentication, but direct access will be like the following, with all three browsers constantly loading.

I had initially been ready to give up, but then I decided to do a search online and discovered that there are services available on shopping websites to help recover your ea account passwords. This has become an industry. all by EA's security system.
However, I'm not sure if I want to purchase this service because I'm afraid it might be a never-ending cycle.

- @EA_Shepard it's still the same. I can't start a case, can't start a chat. i guess i have to pay the hacker to change my acc binding mail back in the same way.
