Re: PS4 CRASHING when entering a game apex legends

I was getting the same thing. I had realized that this was happening when a mic was active in the game. I solved this problem by going into Settings -> Audio and turning off "Convert Incoming Voice to Chat Test". Game just isn't ready for it. Hope this helps.
