Routing is outside of our domain of what we can help out with. I assume you have been talking to your ISP? @Booomerstyle
Do you know anyone else having this issues with the same ISP and routing path?

to be frank, I am quite shocked this is news to you, but apparently this is a rather german issue (Telekom, duh)

I am pretty sure I could find dozens of those, but whats the point?
I am well aware that you in the forums are not able to fix these issues. As is my ISP, Telekom.
As far as I understand, this is an issue with the hostingprovider, through which Telekom are connected to EA. But since the data EA provides here is practically non existent and the provider simply cant do anything (Ive spent hours on the phone in general and actually had some solid research done with a couple of Telekom technicians).
There are a couple of things I simply don't get about the handling of these issues.
From what I gathered, these issues are not new (Fifa/Madden/Battlefield/... players have been complaining since years) - How can this persist through such a long period of time?
How is it, that EA does not provide the means to actually find out on what server you are playing? (I had to track my traffic through wireshark and then look for the last hops in a connection in order to find out IPs:
I am now playing with a private VPN, just to alter my routing and suddenly, I have no more laggs(but have to pay a monthly fee for an additional service)
Why is there close to zero open communication from EA about this?
And once again, I know none of this is your fault @EA_Atic , but community managers are the only EA Personal us Users can actually communicate with and it is just frustrating.
I would very much appreciate if you would be able to forward these issues to someone who can actually talk to someone, that has connections to someone that will be able to maybe push this issue on an internal agenda.
I am very sure this is fixable but I also think this is a political issue between EA/Provider/Hoster and therefore not easily fixed. I however would very much appreciate some sort of open and honest communication.
