I still don't have a solution, but I'll also write down the responses I've tried.
NDIVIA driver updates and downgrades
Change memory settings in BIOS
Switching the core separation setting in the OS
Reinstall APEX
Running the OS in safe mode
Uninstall EasyAntiCheat (including registry removal)
Switching the installation drive of APEX (install to C drive)
Turn off all security functions
I have not tried a clean install of the OS.
Unfortunately this seems like an issue only EA/EAC/Windows could fix, I don't think we can fix this client side. And, I have no idea how to contact EAC support to see if they could look into it. we've tried pretty much everything except a clean OS install and I don't think we should have to do that to fix one game.
