Rewards missing

i recently switched from ps4 to PC. before i switched to pc, i claimed multiple twitch drops, prime gaming loot, etc. when i switched to pc none of it was there. is there a reason behind this?

    Hi there, @YoGalxy.

    Unfortunately, content does not transfer between platforms. Everything you earned while playing on PS4 cannot be transferred to your PC account.
