Community AdminMy name is Manuel and I work for NVIDIA. We are trying to reproduce the DXGI error which users report started with Season 13 but have not been successful so far. I have some questions to ask of the community to help our QA team:
1. What is your repro rate (eg. every 5 matches, after 30 minutes of gameplay, etc.)?
2. What game mode are you playing (battle royale rank/unranked or arena ranked/unranked)?
3. Do you see crashes more frequently in certain maps?
4. Are you using any overlays while gaming (eg. Microsoft Gamebar/MSI Afterburner/Discord overlay/etc.)? If so, does disabling them have any effect on the crashes?
5. What graphics card model are you playing with?
6. What operating system are you running on your PC?
1. This can be reproduced at randomly time. You can run the match and game will be dropped after 2-30 minutes. Or you can play over 1 hour and it's working fine.
2. Ranked + Unranked.
3. StormPoint + Olympus. I don't playa at Worlds Edge.
4. Nope.
5. Graphics card - I tried playing with GeForce 3050 and Geforce 3060Ti. I see the same numbers of errors. Also I tried to play with 3 versions of video drivers - latest(512.95) and 2 versions earlier.
6. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 on SSD 860 PRO with Intel 11600KF (Boosting disabled) + 16GB A-DATA XPG DDR4 3200 (XMP Enabled) + 3060Ti 8 Gb + Power Supply BeQuiet 11CM 600W + 165Hz 2k monitor.
