Hey everyone,

Are you able to use the EA Error Reporter in the EA app to grab us a Report ID if you're still seeing this on a consistent basis?

Given this is a brief freeze rather than a full crash, if you're not able to pull up a Report ID and have not already done so, please grab a Dxdiag if possible. While this is only happening in EA app, that will give us some additional details to pass along to the team investigating. Thanks for the patience while we're taking a look!
